How to Deploy a NitroPool on Hercules

Nitro pools are one of the most powerful features of the Hercules DEX. Nitro Pools allow projects to boost their liquidity even more while users enjoy it as being an additional incentivize for their LP. Nitro pools are completely permissionless and customizable. Each Nitro pool can be custom-tailored towards a project’s needs, as they can set their own LP /reward parameters and even target specific users/LPs they want to reward to further boost liquidity and user participation.

Overall, Nitro Pools are an additional measure to incentivize users and promote sticky liquidity for the protocol!

How to Create Your Own Nitro Pool

1. Locate and click “Create a Nitro pool” at the bottom left corner of the webpage.
2. Select an option, we’ll be using “LP V2” in this example.
3. Choose your desired assets.

4. Once your asset pair has been selected, the “General settings” tab will appear. Input your desired parameters (Start/end times, deposit requirements).

5. Once parameters have been set, click “create” and confirm the transaction in your Web3 wallet when prompted.

Adding Nitro Pool Incentives / View Your Pools

1. Locate and click “My Nitro pools” at the bottom left corner of the webpage.
2. Once directed to the “My Nitro pools” page, you will be able to view your pool’s status.

3. To add incentives, click “add” under incentives on the left side of the page in the middle column.

4. Add desired rewards and click “approve”.

5. Click “Publish”.
